At Cool Cami, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade leather footwear. Every pair is designed with precision, luxury, and comfort in mind. To ensure our customers shop with complete confidence, we offer the following policies:


🔁 Refund & Exchange Policy – 30 Days

You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Sale items and custom-made designs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless found faulty.

First exchange is free within the UAE. Additional exchanges may incur a shipping fee.


🛡️ Shoe Warranty – 60 Days

All Cool Cami shoes are backed by a 60-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Leather cracking or peeling

  • Sole separation or detachment

  • Stitching issues

  • Color fading or discoloration caused by manufacturing defects

If your footwear experiences any of these issues within 60 days, you are eligible for:

  • Free exchange

  • Full refund (subject to product inspection)

Please note: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.


📦 How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Warranty Claim

  2. Mention the issue and whether you'd like a return, exchange, or warranty claim.

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange a return pickup if applicable.


💳 Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original method of payment.
